Grabbit uses the minimum information needed to operate accounts, secure the service, publish curated deals, and measure affiliate results.
Google Apps Script and Gemini may process search text to translate it into English. Do not enter personal, sensitive, or confidential information. AI-assisted search is only for people aged 18 or older.
Information we handle
If you create an account, we store your email address, a one-way password hash, preferred language, role, and the session records needed to keep you signed in securely.
The hosting and security layers necessarily receive technical request information such as an IP address and browser headers. We do not add behavioral advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
How we use it
We use account and technical information to provide authentication, apply permissions, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and produce aggregate service statistics.
Administrator activity creates operational records for publishing targets, approvals, posts, products, jobs, and affiliate orders. These records are used to operate and audit the service.
Cookies
We use only essential authentication and security cookies: HttpOnly access and refresh cookies plus a CSRF-protection cookie. The service does not set advertising cookies.
Retention and your choices
Account data is retained while the account is active or as needed for security and legal obligations. Sessions expire or are revoked; operational records and backups follow the service retention settings.
You may ask the operator to access, correct, or delete your account information. Some records may need to be retained where security, fraud prevention, accounting, or law requires it.
